Sunday stakes recaps (7/11/04)

* Adreamisborn ($3.20) defied a track speed bias when he rallied from seventh in a field of eight to win the $50,680 Alamedan Handicap by a length at the Alameda County Fair.

* I'm the Tiger ($18.50) parlayed a dream trip into an easy 1 1/2-length win in the $141,250 Bold Venture Handicap at Woodbine. Chris's Bad Boy, the 4-5 favorite, finished eighth after stalking the pace.

* Left with only two horses to beat following the scratch of morning-line favorite Barbeau Ruckus, Forever Grand, sent off at 1-20, finished 7 1/4 lengths behind Domascas Consort ($12.30) in the $75,000 Harry J. Addison Jr. Stakes at Fort Erie.

* Berbatim ($5.40) won the $40,000 Canterbury Park Lassie Stakes, a 5-1/2 furlong sprint for 2-year-old fillies, over Tuff Justice. Smoke Smoke Smoke ($3.80) took the $40,000 Canterbury Park Juvenile Stakes by 5 1/4 lengths.
