Strong case for My Sweet Dove

My Sweet Dove will have a trio of key variables working in her favor on Wednesday when she runs in the featured ninth race at Gulfstream Park West. The $50,000 optional claimer is for 3-year-old fillies at six furlongs, and the field of nine includes My Novena, who defeated tougher company in her most recent start, and the promising comebacker You Lie.
My Sweet Dove returns to the straight 3-year-old ranks on Wednesday after having faced older. She also has more natural speed than most of her rivals, and is the most accomplished member of the field, having won a stakes.
