Special Task Force tries to rebound

Special Task Force, who has won or placed in six graded stakes, returns in the finals after finishing second as the even-money favorite in his trial for the Grade 1, $85,000 MBNA America Oklahoma Challenge. The race will be run on Saturday at Remington Park.

Special Task Force scored his most important win in the Grade 1, $100,000 Refrigerator Handicap at Lone Star Park on Nov. 28.

Topping the list of qualifiers to the MBNA America Oklahoma Challenge is Twenty Twenty Type.
