Analysis:
BIG TRUCK makes debut for barn that sent out first-out winner Rebounded here on August 3. The first-crop sire was a quick sprinter, and he has gotten off to a hot start at stud. Big Truck shows a swift half-mile gate work over the surface, and probably doesnt have to be a star to win at first asking.
CAPE OF STORMS looms the horse to beat after stumbling at the start, and chasing wide in first start over the track. He gets a rider switch to Rafael Bejarano, and may be more forwardly-placed in the early going. GOOD LAW is bred for speed on both sides of the pedigree, and Richard Dutrow Jr. has been lights out with his firsters in 2007.
BAROSSA shows some bullet workouts at Finger Lakes, and the half-sibling to two juvenile winners is by a hot first-out sire. POST EXCHANGE comes out of a fast race, and trainer Kiaran McLaughlin has good stats with second-time runners.

LAKE PLACID is bred both sides for grass success as a son of top turf sire Giants Causeway and Irish Group winner Saranac Lake. This trainer/jockey combination sent out juvenile debut winner La Menina in a maiden special weight turf sprint on July 30.
FOOTLOOSE MAN is by a top turf sire out of a solid blacktype family. Mark Hennig sent out 10-1 juvenile firster Dinner Break to win a turf sprint at Saratoga in 2006. YA THINK showed good speed in career debut, then pitched a fit before loading into the gate on August 3. George Weavers barn is heating up, and they put the blinkers back on this colt. He should show tactical speed.
VEILED PROPHET will have to hustle from inside post, but has a strong turf pedigree, and the trainer sent out juvenile debut winner Morakami earlier at the meet. SUNDAYSUNDAY goes out for underrated, excellent barn, but the young sire has been very cold. AT ATTENTION goes out for dangerous connections, and looms a strong pace factor.
