Snow causes several cancellations

The Presidents' Day blizzard that has dumped over 18 inches of snow in parts of the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions caused the cancellation of Monday racing at several venues.

Aqueduct, Charles Town, Laurel Park, Mountaineer and Penn National have all cancelled Monday racing. Philadelphia Park and Mountaineer have already cancelled their Tuesday cards as well.
