Six $75,000 stakes will be run during the summer California Authority of Racing Fairs meetings. The Governor's Stakes at six furlongs for fillies and mares is scheduled for July 24. The Big Fresno Fair will offer two stakes, the six-furlong Harris Farms for California-bred 3-year-olds and up on Oct. 9 and the 1 1/8-mile Bulldog on Oct. 17.
