She's Indy Money outran favored Financingavailable in the final furlong to take the Grade 3, $168,500 Seaway Stakes at Woodbine.

She's Indy Money ($5.40) trailed early under Patrick Husbands, as Roving Angel and Count to Three vied through slow fractions in the seven-furlong sprint. Financingavailable stalked in third and loomed into contention at the top of the stretch, along with a four-wide She's Indy Money, who hit the front nearing the sixteenth pole before drawing clear.

She's Indy Money prevailed by two lengths in a time of 1:22.54. Count to Three faded to finish another 1 3/4 lengths back in third in the five-horse field.

"She was training really well coming into this race," said Malcolm Pierce, who conditions She's Indy Money. "She's pretty versatile, but this might be her best distance."

For winning her second straight stakes, She's Indy Money banked $90,000 for Live Oak Plantation.
