SHARP @ MEADOWLANDS
TAKE A WALK – Left from post 10 and could not find a tuck, was used hard to get the lead before the half, almost broke badly in the lane but was adeptly kept together by Campbell and held sway
TSMLIL ORPHAN ANDY – Trotter was parked to the half and held the place gamely behind the classy In Focus
UPFRONT ELLIJAY ED – Had post 8, rallied wide and finished sharply
MIAS BOLD MANEUVER – Left from post 9 and was parked to the lead in :26.2, set a quick clip under pressure and tired but only lost by 4 lengths
MAJOR BELLE – Took a lot of air from post 10, grinded uncovered and held well for the place
OSCAR OSCAR*** – Once promising sort made his first start for trainer Julie Miller, slipped out third over down the back, surged wide late on the final bend and drew off to a handy win
*** = extra-sharp preferred plays
