* This Cat's for You ($18.40), the only 3-year-old in the field, scored a 2 1/2-length win in $50,000-added KLAQ Handicap at Sunland Park. He may run next in the $50,000 Yuletide Derby on Dec. 13.

* Britt's Jules ($6.60), who had earned a 96 Beyer Speed Figure in his previous start, pulled away to a four-length win over Iron Expectations in the $40,000 Delta Beau for 2-year-olds at Delta Downs.

* Bad Kitty ($2.20) led from the start and prevailed by a neck over second choice Journey Fever in the $40,800 Miss Mommy Stakes for 2-year-old fillies at Hawthorne.

* Making his third start, Edgerrin ($2.60) remained unbeaten when he cruised to a six-length win in the mud in the $38,100 South Bend Stakes for Indiana-bred 2-year-olds at Hoosier Park. In the co-feature, Four Columns ($3), who came into the race as a maiden, was a 4 1/2-length winner of the $37,950 Indiana Stallion Stakes.

* Book Note ($4.40) led throughout six furlongs to earn a 3 3/4-length win over 49-1 longshot Giant Bellyache in the $35,000 Conroe for 3-year-olds at Sam Houston Race Park.

* Mitowilard ($23.80), who won his maiden for a claiming price of $15,000 last month, picked up the biggest purse in the history of Texas racing when he stormed to a half-length win in the $1,088,856 Texas Classic Futurity for Quarter Horses at Lone Star Park.
