SPOT PLAYS AND LIVE LONGSHOTS

Saratoga Race 2, (1:32 ET)

QUIET SUNSHINE (#3, 8-1) has to hold her form off the trainer change, but she is a much better dirt sprinter than anything else, which is somewhat disguised by the fact that she has been given no chance trips in each of her last two starts at this distance. - Mike Beer

Saratoga Race 2, (1:32 ET) - LIVE LONGSHOT

LILY LYNN (#1, 10-1) This 5-year-old mare has been in good form since transferred to Rudy Rodriguez. She is the field's only dual winner at the six-furlong distance, and was compromised by a slow pace when third most recently. - Dave Litfin

Saratoga Race 7, (4:14 ET)

COWBOY PRINCE (#8, 8-1) is widest of the eight entered but he may also be the quickest out of the gate; he was game in defeat behind a subsequent next-out winner in that last one and though this is longer he could get brave if allowed to set his own pace on a loose lead. - Kenny Peck

Saratoga Race 8, (4:47 ET)

ZINDAYA (#3, 5-1) Clement has been lethal with his firsters at this meet and now comes forth with a speed-bred filly who has a superb grass pedigree to boot. Filly has every right to prevail at first asking; it'll be up to Lezcano to work out the right kind of trip from this inner post. - Marty McGee

Saratoga Race 10, (5:52 ET)

CIELO SOLEGGIATO (#8, 6-1) appears to be the clear speed stretching from sprint to this two turn affair on the Inner; gets Rosario and should be tough to catch, but likely only will be 4-1 or so. - Chuck Kuehhas

VULNERABLE FAVORITES

Saratoga Race 2, (1:32 ET)

TANGLEWOOD TALE (#6, 5-2) This Morning Line favorite comes off a figure which was easily a career top, making her a perfect bounce candidate as she rises in class. Her tactical speed means she's a threat in this paceless sprint but she's one to try to beat on the win end, as she's not likely to run to that last figure. - Kenny Peck
