SARATOGA PICK 3 (RACES 9-11)

9th Race

A's - 1, 5, 7

B's - 3, 4

C's - 2, 6

Using all of the turf-meant horses in here to one degree or another, as it looks fairly competitive. If I'm looking to press one horse among the "A" plays it's Kentucky shipper RUN A RISK, who closed well for the place last time following a slow start.

10th Race

A's - 7

B's - 4, 5

C's - 1, 2, 6, 8

Taking a stand here with FROSTY BUT FUNKY, who had no chance in that last one, when she rushed up into a quick pace following a slow start. Of course, there are other capable horses in here, and there is a chance that the addition of Lasix caused her gate problems last time, so I'll spread out some on the secondary tickets.

11th Race

A's - 9

B's - None

C's - 1, 3, 6

Really like JESS NOT JESSE here; she's not much of a price, and the layoff is a bit of a concern, but she won here last year off a similar layoff, part of her undefeated streak over this course.
