There’ll be plenty of skeptics, won’t there, about a gray colt who got loose out front in a somewhat funkily-run Sanford? But here’s gambling on this NY-bred getting another terrific trip under Bridgmo when loading-and-going from the outer; a repeat effort surely would win over more believers in WIRED BRYAN (#7, 7-2). Key him first and second in exactas and tri’s with a pair of recent maiden-breakers over the course, CORFU (#4, 5-2) and TWANG (#5, 5-1) while salting in a couple of fringe players, CANDY DANDY (#3, 3-1) and DANZA (#6, 8-1) on the bottom tier of the tri, e.g., a tri part-wheel of 7 with 4/5 with 3/4/5/6, and other variations. – Marty McGee
