Santa Anita: HorsePlayer’s Quigley to aid VIP's

ARCADIA, Calif. - Tom Quigley, the publisher of The HorsePlayer Magazine, on Thursday was named to the newly appointed position of VIP Player Concierge at Santa Anita. According to a press release, his responsibilities include serving “as a liaison between Santa Anita and out-of-state players” who come to Santa Anita. Those players will be provided with “VIP personal concierge services and benefits based solely on their level of daily play,” the release said.

“This is another step in an ongoing process to improve overall customer service at Santa Anita,” said Chris Quinn, Santa Anita’s vice president of sales and marketing. “Simulcast players are some of our most important customers, and we want to do everything we can to make sure their experience with Santa Anita is a positive one.”
