Santa Anita has $2 pick six carryover of $153,104 for Friday

Friday’s program at Santa Anita will include a two-day carryover of $153,104 in the $2 pick six.
This is the highest carryover of the autumn meeting, and the first two-day carryover of the five-week season, which began on Sept. 27 and continues through Oct. 27.
On Friday, the pool of new money is likely to surpass $750,000.
The pick six carryover was clinched on Sunday when 11-1 Schilflied won a maiden race for 2-year-old fillies in the eighth and final race. In a field of 12, the only horse covered in pick six bets was 1-2 favorite Margarita Girl, who led in the stretch but faded to finish third.
On Friday, the pick six covers the fourth through ninth races on a program that begins at 1 p.m. Pacific.
The races include a starter allowance at 6 1/2 furlongs, a maiden race at six furlongs on turf, a $32,000 claimer for maidens at 5 1/2 furlongs, an allowance race at 1 1/4 miles on turf, an allowance race at six furlongs, and a $50,000 claimer for maidens at six furlongs on turf.
