Trainers must make reservations on behalf of owners at least a day before a scheduled workout. Priority will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis to owners with horses who have been registered to work.
Owners must show photo identification to gain admission to the clubhouse. Each person must undergo a temperature check and wear a face covering in compliance with protocols in place because of the coronavirus outbreak.
Owners will be restricted to the clubhouse area and will not be able to walk to the grandstand side of the facility or go to Clocker’s Corner on the west side of the grandstand.
Santa Anita is operating without spectators in attendance during races, including owners.
