Ruidoso New Mexico-bred sale catalog available online

The catalog for the 2015 Ruidoso New Mexico-bred sale is available online, featuring 323 combined Thoroughbred and Quarter Horse entries.

The two-day sale will be held Aug. 21-22 at the Ruidoso Downs Sales Pavilion in Ruidoso Downs, N.M., beginning each day after the close of live racing. The first session features 169 Quarter Horse yearlings, while the second session includes 114 Thoroughbred yearlings and 40 broodmares of both breeds.

Thoroughbred stallions whose first foals are represented in the catalog include Beacon Hill Road, Mr. Gold Mover, and Stellar Rain. The broodmare portion of the catalog features 26 Thoroughbred mares, including five in foal from the first crop of sire Abstraction.
