LINCOLN, Neb. - Roaring Home continued his spectacular comeback from injury with his fifth win of the year as he cruised home to a 5 1/4-length win in $18,340 State Fair Board Stakes at Lincoln State Fair on Saturday.\nRoaring Home returned to the races this year following after being vanned off the track at The Woodlands in October 2007. Trainer Joanna Lambert acquired the son of Roar and returned the 6-year-old to training early this year. He rattled off four straight wins at Fonner Park while moving up through the claiming ranks, capped off with an impressive win against optional claiming company on April 26.\nFollowing a pair of strong efforts over similar company at Prairie Meadows, when second and fourth, he returned to Nebraska for his stakes debut on Saturday.\nWith Mike Ziegler aboard, Roaring Home drew off under hand urging to cover the mile and 70 yards in 1:44.60 over a muddy track. Sent off the 4-5 favorite, Roaring Home moved his career record to 8-4-2 from 25 starts and earnings of over $62,000.
