Rivelli in action in both allowance races Wednesday

HALLANDALE BEACH, Fla. – Wednesday’s sixth race is a $62,000 allowance dash carded at five furlongs on the turf that lured a field of eight older fillies and mares led by speedsters Richies Great Girl, Running Memories, and Tracy Ann’s Legacy.

Richies Great Girl, a winner of seven of 15 starts including two over the local strip, is one of two horses trainer Larry Rivelli entered in the event along with Senor Roma. The remainder of the field is Fouzia, Reinagol, Tiple, and Can’t Buy Love.
Rivelli will also be in the spotlight in the ninth race, for Florida bred 3-year-old fillies at 5 1/2 furlongs over the Tapeta course. The Rivelli-trained stakes winner Chacalosa is likely to go postward a solid favorite despite making her first start since finishing a distant fifth following a poor start in the My Dear Girl Stakes on Sept. 25. Chacalosa won her only previous try over a synthetic surface, the seven-furlong Arlington-Washington Lassie at Arlington Park on Aug. 28.]
