Amanda Stephens Yes Please has four career victories, all of which have come at The Red Mile

Trainer Tony Alagna won two of the four $30,000 Corbin Sires Stakes divisions for 2-year-old trotters that occurred on Monday afternoon at The Red Mile.

Yes Please (Joe Bongiorno) took the opener for fillies for Alagna in 1:55 1/5. She led through fractions of 28, 57 1/5, and 1:26 2/5 on her way to the two length victory over Hush Moni (Dexter Dunn). Caviart Gwen (Andy McCarthy) checked in third.

A daughter of Father Patrick bred by owner Brittany Farms, Yes Please is now a four-time winner from eight lifetime starts, and she has earned $108,400. She paid $7.66 to win as the 5-2 second choice.

If The Shoe Fits (A. McCarthy) won the other filly flight for Alagna in 1:55. If The Shoe fits hit the quarter in 28 seconds, then yielded to stablemate Una Madonna (David Miler) before the 56 2/5 half. Una Madonna maintained control through three-quarters in 1:26 but gave way in the lane to If The Shoe Fits and Paraside Lindy (Dunn). Those two would battle to the wire, and it would be If The Shoe Fits tallying by a neck. Una Madonna wound up third.

Bred by Al Libfeld and Marvin Katz, If The Shoe Fits is another Father Patrick filly and is owned by Alagna Racing LLC. and Brad Grant. If The Shoe Fits broke her maiden in her ninth chance, pushed her bankroll to $58,108, and returned $12.70 to win as a 5-1 offering.

In the first tilt for colts and geldings, Prince Of Honor (Todd McCarthy) took over the top spot beyond the 28 second opening quarter, and after putting up middle-half stations of 57 3/5 and 1:27 1/5, he closed in 27 3/5 to defeat Ari Ferrari J (Dunn) by 5 1/2 lengths in 1:54 4/5. Harko (D. Miller) collected third.

Carter Pinske handles the training of Prince Of Honor, a son of Walner bred by Marvin Katz and Al Libfeld, for owners Pinske Stables and David Hoese. Prince Of Honor has earned $72,790 to go with a 5-0-0 record from seven appearances and paid $5.66 to win as the second choice.

Espresso (Andy Miller) won his fifth straight race in the other grouping of colts and geldings. Espresso tracked Grizz Wyllie (David Miller) from second-over and then ducked into the pocket past the 1:26 three-quarters as Grizz Wyllie cleared into the lead. In the stretch Espresso swung back to the outside and out-kicked Grizz Wyllie to win by 2 1/2 lengths in 1:53 4/5. Novel (Dunn) got third.

The victorious Chapter Seven gelding was bred by Brittany Farms, is trained by Julie Miller, and is owned by Andy Miller Stable Inc., Lou Willinger, Mortgage Boys Stable, and L Berg Inc. Espresso made his sixth trip to the winner's circle, has put away $225,900, and returned $5.60 to win as the 9-5 second choice.
