Rainbow 6 carryover reaches $419.278

There will be a Rainbow 6 jackpot carryover of $419,278 into Friday’s card at Gulfstream Park. The sequence will run on races 5-10. The jackpot has not been hit for the past 23 race dates at Gulfstream. 

The Rainbow 6 is 20-cent minimum wager and the jackpot is paid out only when there is a single, unique ticket sold with all six winners in the sequence. On days when there is no such ticket, 70 percent of the day’s pool goes to those holding tickets with the most winners, while 30 percent carries over to the jackpot pool. 

There were multiple tickets with six winners Thursday, and those tickets paid $15,115. 

The Rainbow 6 jackpot was last hit on July 16, and it paid $164,483. 

Gulfstream also has a carryover in the pick five on Friday, of $20,682. The bet runs on races 6-10. 

Gulfstream on Friday will offer advance wagering on Saturday’s Travers Day card from Saratoga.
