Pretty Greeley wins stakes debut in Wilma Mankiller

Coady Photography Pretty Greeley returned $8 for her victory in Monday's Wilma Mankiller Stakes.
Pretty Greeley became a stakes winner on Monday when she darted home by three lengths over Decant in the $50,000 Wilma Mankiller at Will Rogers Downs. It was another 1 1/2 lengths back to Alex’s Bourbon in third.
The Wilma Mankiller, for fillies and mares at six furlongs, was the first stakes of the meet.
Pretty Greeley ($8) stalked fractions of 22.31 seconds for the opening quarter and 45.52 for the half-mile before moving to the lead in the stretch and covering the distance on a fast track in 1:10.32.
Edgar Morales was aboard for trainer Johnny Ortiz.
Pretty Greeley is a 6-year-old daughter of Greeley’s Conquest who races for Hooties Racing, WSS Racing, and 4G Racing. She has now won 7 of 30 starts and earned $248,892.
