SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. – Jockeys Manny Franco and Flavien Prat had four-win days at Saratoga on Thursday, accounting for eight of the 11 races. Franco, 31, won the fifth race on Medici Road ($23.58), the sixth race on Careless Whisper ($4.62), the seventh on Right to Vote ($7.34), and the ninth on Magnanimous Max ($7.90). Thursday’s program was the third time this year he has won at least four races in a day. The $1 pick three encompassing the fifth through seventh races paid $195.35. Prat, 33, won the first race on Luminous Beauty ($10.62), the second on Goodall ($10.26), the fourth on Directive ($2.86) and the 10th on Tawny Port ($6.90).  Thursday’s races marked the fifth time that Prat has won at least four races on a day this year. He had four-win days at Aqueduct on Jan. 10 and May 10, and five-win days at Colonial Downs on March 14 and at Aqueduct on April 26. Both riders will have busy weekends through Sunday, the completion of the five-day Belmont at Saratoga racing week. Franco is booked to ride 10 races on Friday, 13 on Saturday and all 11 on Sunday.
