Prairie Meadows: Greeley's Conquest takes Mile

Greeley's Conquest ($7.20) pulled away to capture by $50,000 Prairie Mile by 1 3/4 lengths Saturday at Prairie Meadows. Ridden by Larry Sterling Jr. and trained by Gary Thomas, Greeley's Conquest covered the mile in 1:38.03.

Girls Pearls ($5.40) wore down Irish Party to win the $50,000 Panthers Stakes at a mile. Girls Pearls, trained by Ken McPeek and ridden by Glenn Corbett, finished in 1:39.31 and has now won all four of her races in 2007.
