Poker night to benefit Hendricks

A benefit poker tournament for trainer Dan Hendricks will be held Thursday at the Ocean's 11 Casino in Oceanside, Calif.

Hendricks was paralyzed from the waist down in a motorcycle accident in mid-July. Half of the proceeds from the poker tournament will benefit Hendricks and his family.

The tournament, to begin at 7 p.m., is limited to 175 players; the buy-in is $100. Players who are knocked out of the tournament can buy back in once for $50.
