CODE MEISTER (CLMHCP125/15000) rushed to the top, set the pace under pressure a long way, dug in gamely at 40-1 but tired.
PERSISTENT THREAT A (NW9000) grabbed a quick lead, set a fast pace and was an impressive winner.
MUSIC IS ART (NW23000) lost cover but continued gamely and cut into the winner's margin but was a bit late.
SONNY SOMEWHERE (CLM15000) was victimized by a tough long three-wide trip and tired. A better trip could get him home in time.
Sunday, September 16
SIX GUN (NW3200) put in a good uncovered bid in last but tired. A better trip could be all it takes.
D DREAM (NW1) pulled pocket, rushed to the top and drew off easily.
MUSCLE DIAMOND (NW22500) brushed wide to clear dead cover, stormed to the lead and powered home.
SPRINGSTEEN (W5-6) was second over and looking good but was forced very wide in the final turn, lost lengths and momentum. Beaten favorite deserved a better fate.
Monday, September 17
BOINGANATOR (NW6100) tucked, sat in, finished steadily between horses and would be no surprise.
CABBIES DELIGHT (NW3500) beaten favorite had too far to come but finished wide, late and strong as the second choice pacesetter got away.
CHURCH CHOIR (NW2) rallied wide a long way to enter contention but tired at 22-1.
SB IDEAL IN ART (CLM7500) finished very wide and late from an impossible spot at 40-1 passing a slew of horses.
SEAS IDEAL (CLMHCP15/20000M) was used hard to get to the top, set a hard pressed pace and tired. Do not ignore.
Tuesday, September 18
CHARMBRO CURIOSITY (CLM7500) came wide a long way and rallied gamely to earn second best to pacing-away winner.
MR COOL SEAEYRE N (NW6000) tipped in the final turn, rallied well from a distant third over to pass a few.
PRAIRIE WESTERNOAL (NW2/2YOF) put in a solid down the road effort only to get nailed by the pocket-sitting favorite while easily second best.
HILL OF A HOUSE (NW4) tucked early, pulled and was used to the lead, met pressure but drew away.
CRACKLIN ROSIE (NW10500M) was parked, found a tuck,sat buried to the lane, tipped, found a lane and closed with a late rush.
