DREAMS BEACHBOY (NW9000) put in a credible wire-to-wire effort at 15-1 but was second best to the tripped-out favorite.
FEELING CAM LUCKY (NW6000) followed wide around a weak flow but was stuck out a long way flattening a bit at 20-1 and could get luckier in next.
ELECTRIC WESTERN (NW3000) left fast, yielded and sat pocket, tipped past the third panel and finished fast to win going away.
FUNKNWAFFLES (NW13000) wired the field in quick time and earns another look.
Sunday, September 8
B0SCH (NW2) was parked to the lead, yielded and got shuffled, slipped out late final turn, tipped wide, closed gamely and could improve with better trip.
HARPSWELL (NW1FM) raced second-over to poor cover, rallied wide in the final turn with good late foot. A better trip could make all the difference.
SUPERGIRL RILEY (NW12000) second choice at nearly 8-1 challenged the pacesetting prohibitive favorite and was second best.
THE LIONKING AS (NW6) left to the top, yielded, got a bad shuffle in the final turn, closed with trot but the race was over.
Monday, September 9
KEYSTONE EUREKA (STALLION) put in a game uncovered effort at 37-1 but was held at bay by the favored pacesetter.
LOYAL FOX HANOVER (STALLION) well-bet second choice was parked a long way to the top, shook off some pressure but was second best to the going-away pocket-sitting favorite.
LAKE CHARLES (STALLION) was a handy wire to wire winner and should win a few more here and there.
KATES MASSIVE (STALLION) tucked early, pulled, challenged uncovered from the half to the wire but missed by a head. Beaten favorite can atone with a better trip.
Tuesday, September 10
SHIVERED (NW6000) well-bet second choice tucked and brushed, got outkicked by the pocket-sitting favorite.
EL PESCADORO (NW6000) rolled wide a long way in the final turn, loomed heading home but tired.
GINGER TREE MARTY (NW3000) was parked uncovered the mile, dug in gamely but was nipped on the wire by the late-closing winner.
ITSGOODTOBEQUEEN (NW3000) made it look easy in wire-to-wire romp over a tiring track.
TIGRESSS LEGACY (NW6000) rushed to the top, met a hard pressed pace, held together gamely while tiring but was nipped by the tripped-out pocket-sitting odds-on favorite.
