Saturday, September 26

GENTLEMANS CLUB (SIMPSON) was bet off the board, rallied the final turn and won for fun in the quickest of the divisions and labeled himself as the one beat.

MAD RIVER (CLM20000) went down the road over a tiring track and was second best to the odds-on pocket sitting favorite in last.

SPLASH BROTHER (WO25000) wired the field putting a last-quarter challenger away and deserves a look in next.

CAPTAIN JORDAN (W6-8) had covet, went wide as cover broke and stormed home winning by over five.

ANOTHER C NOTE (SIMPSON) challenged the speed the last quarter in his division and got it done. Should be one to consider in next outing.

Monday, September 28

PETEZA (W3-5) closed well from second over at 26-1 and would be no surprise.

AMIRA HANOVER (W3-5) went down the road to the last steps but was nailed by the tripped-out pocket sitting prohibitive favorite.

JOSEPH THE GREAT (NW1) two-year-old wired the field in handy fashion.

CAPTAIN COOPER (NW1) also 2YO and the stablemate of the above was second best at every call and should get his own win soon.

ALI SWEET CAKE (CLMHCP75/10000M) was third over, rallied wide a long way, flattened in the lane. A better trip could get her in the winner's circle.

Tuesday, September 29

STRETCH THE LINE (CLM7500) won going away from second over and got claimed. Should be ready for another super effort.

ILL PLAY IT ALONE (CLMHCP75/10000) was behind tiring cover, rallied well and just missed.

CANTABS BIG BANG (CLM12500) followed the prohibitive favorite, tucked the final turn and was much the second best at over 40-1.

GUSTAV (NW3) was bet off the board, went down the road much the best and should be in line for some more wins.

LAST GOODBYE (CLM12500) beaten favorite went wide around a clogging rim, rallied well and ran out of track.
