PETIPOU (CLMHCP10/12500) was used to the lead, put away a challenger by the top of the lane and was a handy winner.
STONEBRIDGE KARAS (CLMHCP30/40000) left to the top, yielded, got shuffled when the winner brushed, pulled uncovered, chased but was second best.
HIS BEATS HANOVER (CLM25000) was nowhere to the lane, finished strong and just missed.
Monday, October 7
AMERICAS GUEST (CLMHCP10/12500) tucked, sat to the final turn, tipped, went wide, closed strong but just missed.
NEGOTIABLE TRUTH (NW1) was second over to great cover at over 70-1 and tried his best but was nailed by the late-closing second favorite.
SHESGOTTHEJACK (NW2/2YOF) tucked, tipped the final turn, followed wide and was 4th in the photo. She should be one to fear in next.
LOXAHATCHEE (NW4) was pressed to the 3/8 and drew off to win impressively.
Tuesday, October 8
QUICK MENU (NW2800M) gapped on the rail to the final turn, rallied with strong finish to be third in the photo and deserves a long look in next.
FIGHT SONG (NW4400M) brushed to the half, took the lead and was a handy victor over pocket-sitting co-favorite.
KING STRAIT (NW4) had poor cover the final turn, went wide and closed with good trot to earn some respect in next.
SAND DOLLAR (NW4) followed wide from last and closed with good pace at over 70-1 to get a third-place check.
