Saturday, October 8

SOMEWHERE IN L A (NW9000) left, tucked, sat for a moment, pulled, rushed to the lead and put away a brief third quarter challenge and was much the best.

RANGERS SURESHOT (CLMHCP15/17500) well bet second choice race uncovered, challenged the odds on favorite but was second best.

OVERLOADED (CLM10000) was parked the mile, challenged the pacesetting favorite all the way but was second best at 12-1.

NATHAN FEELSGOOD (CLM20000) set a good clip, tired and was nailed by the fresher late closer.

Sunday, October 9

IDEAL PRINCESS (NW1FM) rallied strongly, caught and blew by a runaway leader to score her maiden victory after a few second place finishes.

FRED MERTZ (NW1) was second over and blindswitched, cleared with good finish but it was too late.

TOM HILL (NW5) came uncovered, hit a good stride and closed stoutly to win going away in last outing.

DOUBLE L LINDY (NW5) humbled the field in wire-to-wire romp in last.

Monday, October 10

MILLBROOK HANOVER (NW2) left, tucked, saved ground to the lane, had traffic, cleared too late but closed willingly.

SURE YOU ARE (CLMHCP75/10000M) rushed up uncovered to the third panel and cruised by powerfully into the lane.

TACS DELIGHT (CLMHCP10/12500) took the lead, yielded,retook and rolled away cruising home to the wire.

EXPLOSIVE VICTORY (NW3000) followed the prohibitive favorite wide past the the half,rode his coverto the lane and closed gamely and can take the measure of his own field soon.

Tuesday, October 11

NORTHERN OBSESSION (NW9000) lost the winner's cover as the lead changed, chased him home gamely.

BETTOR CHILL OUT (NW6000M) tucked twice, sat pocket, rallied gamely at 10-1 but the prohibitive favorite pacesetter held all out.

LUCYS PEARL (NW9000FM) tucked early, sat in and had lotsa traffic in the lane finishing steadily in tight quarters.

OPINION HANOVER (NW6000) beaten favorite was moving fastest in the lane but had broke at the start to lose any chance.
