IM A GIGOLO N (NW12500) was third over the final turn, ducked in heading home, cleared some traffic and was up for 3rd at 28-1.
CECIL HANOVER (SIMPSON) wired the field to score another win for Ake and George Nap in the Simpson Memorial races.
POUND FOR POUND (CLMHCP20/25000) left foes in his wake scoring a crushing win in latest.
Monday, October 23
ABERDEEN SEELSTER (CLM7500) tucked twice, rallied gamely and just missed to the odds-on favorite.
DAVENPORT (NW1FM) pulled the final turn, followed the winner's cover and closed in gamely to just miss.
NIGHTIME DREAMER (NW1) tucked, got shuffled and was behind a folding foe the final turn, tipped as the lead changed and finished with good trot.
KOOTENAY SANTANAA (NW4500) left and was looped to the lead, got parked and challenged to the lane, dug in gamely to hold 2nd.
TWO POIUND (NW6400M) brushed the final turn and buried the field in latest.
Tuesday, October 24
ARTACHE HANOVER (CLM7500) closed well along the rail passing a bunch of foes to get up for 3rd.
KT DOUBLE DEUCE (NW2) yielded twice and was second best in solid effort.
WILD KATE G (NW2800) went to the top at 24-1, yielded to the prohibitive favorite's retake and was second best with the others well beaten.
WARRAWEE XTREME (NW6) wired the field in open-length romp and should be tough to catch again.
ICE BREAKERS K (CLMHCP25/30000) had poor cover, went wide and came home quickly.
Wednesday, October 25
MALONE (NW2801) trotter yielded, retook and was much the best.
LYONS COPPERTOP (CLMHCP125/15000) was bothered badly in the final turn, recovered and showed some late pace. Deserves a look in next.
KEYSTONE BLADE (NW4400) finished strong but too late from third over in last outing.
PARK SLOPE (NW9500) brushed in the final turn to win going away in 'Nifty' score.
