WELL PLAYED OUT (CLM7500) was in traffic early, settled for a tuck, pulled in the final turn and roared through the lane.
ARTACHE HANOVER (NW6300) closed best from an impossible spot and earns a look in next.
Saturday Evening, May 4
IDEAL WHEEL (NW17500) rushed to the top, set own half, met pressure in quick third panel, dug in resisting the challenge but was nailed by the late-closing winner.
DANCIN HILL (CLMHCP20/25000) was parked to the top, set a good clip and was a handy winner and will be looking for third straight.
THE WALL (VANROSE) rushed up uncovered, challenged, dug in gamely at 50-1 but was outkicked by the pocket horse and the second-over late closer.
Sunday, May 5
SHAKE THAT HOUSE (NW) made a huge move the last three-eighths and won impressively in seasonal debut.
TWO AM (NW20000) made a long uncovered move and got to the leader by the third panel, challenged and won going away.
CARMENS BEST (CLMHCP125/15000) set the pace under pressure throughout, got passed by the tripped-out pocket-sitter and should get luckier in near future.
RICH AND MISERABLE (NW7) was parked to the lead, set a pressed pace and drew off easily.
Monday, May 6
CENTURY ENFORCER (NW2) was parked the mile and challenged to the end in game effort at 55-1 and bears watching.
VODKA ON THE BEACH (NW2) sat in with good finish clearing a few steps too late. Beaten favorite could atone in next.
IM NO PANSY (NW1) closed wide, late and fast to just miss and earns a long look.
SHEENAS BOY (NW1) wired the field and drew off easily in last and should take another.
SOUL STRONG (NW1) stablemate of the above came uncovered and drew off easily.
Tuesday, May 7
MELANIES FILLY (NW6750M) broke past the quarter, took to the rear, rallied with good pace, went wide and closed steadily.
HILLOFAMISTERY (NW3) brushed and crushed and should win again.
MR COOL SEAEVRE N (NW6000) rushed up uncovered and closed gamely at nearly 9-1 to finish second and can be along in time with same move.
I CHOOSE YOU (NW3100M) went down the road under last quarter pressure but was nipped by the pocket-sitting winner.
