Saturday, May 23

BATTLIN BOB (NW2) wired the field in impressive effort and should take another.

STRANGERONTHEBEEACH (NW2) went around the tiring pocket horse the final turn and was second best to the prohibitive favorite mentioned above.

DOWNRIGHTDELICIOUS (CLM15000) well-bet second choice lost the odds-on favorite's cover and tucked the pocket, rallied in the lane but was second best by a nose.

D'WOOD (W4-7) was parked the mile going wide twice and tired. A better trip will be had and a win could appear.

UP THE CREEK (CLMHCP20/25000) sat pocket, won going away and got claimed. Should come out firing in next.

RED RIGHTHAND MAN N (NW6500) tipped second over the final turn with strong finish to be second in the photo at over 50-1.

SEEN HERE (NW6500) sat in with good finish between horses at nearly 30-1 and should not be overlooked.

MAYA PATEL HANOVER (PAStars) yielded, retook, met pressure and held the win with confidence. Can take another.

Monday, May 25

MILAGRO (NW1500M) left well, yielded, got shuffled, rallied late along the rail and just missed at 16-1 in last.

SHE BE MINNIE (NW4FM) 3YO closed well from third over and 38-1 to earn a long look in next.

THREECURTAINCALLS (NW4FM) was pocketed at 48-1 and battled in the stretch to the prohibitive uncovered favorite and just missed.

DOUBLE ARCH (NW4) was parked, challenged to the final turn before backing off and should have better luck with better trip.

MAMY WATA (NW4) tipped the final turn in some traffic, angled out, closed well and just missed.

GIGGLINGONTHEBEACH (W4-FFM) went down the road as second choice getting nailed by the tripped-out pocket sitting prohibitive favorite with the rest far back and can with same effort in next.

GOLAZO (CLAIMS) was parked to the lead, went down the road and held gamely in three-horse photo.

ABRUZZO (CLAIMS) lost cover, rallied gamely and was second in the photo besting the losing favorite.

SICERTO (NW2FM) prohibitive favorite won going away from second over on a day when speed ruled with an iron fist.

REINCARNATED (NW2) rallied to the third call, tucked, finished strong on the rail to nail the pacesetter.

R PERFECT GOO (NW1FM) went down the road and drew off easily much like the board indicated she could.

FALSE DOGMA (NW2) brushed, crushed and had plenty left.

WATER TORPEDO (CLMHCP20/25000) was parked to the quarter, seated a challenger near the third call and was a handy winner. Got claimed and should be hard to beat.

STONEBRIDGE REX (CLM10000) was a speed front-stepping winner and will be hard to catch again.
