Ken Walters|Apr 03, 2019

Saturday, March 30

P H KENNY (CLMHCP125/15000) was a long way wide the final turn escaping a poor flow of cover and closed gamely to get up for second.

CUZ IM ROCKIN (CLM15000) rushed out fast to the lead, set a quick opening panel, slowed it down a bit but could not last. Should get it done in quick order.

PAPPY GO GO (NW14500) pulled to the third panel, went to the lead and jogged away by a huge margin.

GALLERY OPENING (CLMHCP20/25000) came wide to the third panel and closed well chasing a hot horse home for second best.

Sunday, March 31

CHESTNUT SCHOFIELD (NW23500) was parked the mile, grinded up uncovered in game second-best effort to the tripped-out pocket sitting winner.

IDEAL WHEEL (NW4) trailed to the final turn, tipped out, swung wide for the drive with huge finish to be second best and should get it all in next.

JK MUSICMAN (NW4) tucked early, gapped to the final turn, hit another gear and closed fast to just miss. Beaten favorite can get it right in next.

SCREAMING CONWAY (NW3500) was parked the mile, battled to the final turn before backing off. Can get it done with better trip.

Monday, April 1

DANGEROUSDEWMCGREW (NW6000) put in a decent last three quarters rallying around the weaker foes and bears watching.

RACEACE (NW2) closed well from second over to earn in his debut and has to be considered for a repeat in next.

CANT WIN (NW2) was parked wide to clear the lead, dug in through the lane holding off a challenger or two but was caught in the last strides by the late-closing winner.

SEWONANDSEWFORTH (WEISS) had a long way to come and finished with good pace as the winner got away.

Tuesday, April 2

FIRE N WOODSHED (NW1) went to the top, yielded, got shuffled, pulled, brushed to the top and was an impressive winner in first lifetime start.

MACMORRIS HANOVER (NW1) grinded a long way to the lead, yielded to the above mentioned winner and chased 2nd best in his lifetime debut.

WAY TO CLOSE (NW1) went to the top, set a good clip and held well in first parimutuel win in very quick time.

ALTERCATION (WEISS) put in solid off the pace effort and was closing in on the pacesestting winner but ran out of track.
