Pocono: Horses to watch from Mar. 25 - Mar. 28
Saturday, March 25
NITTANY NATION (CLMHCP10/12500) tipped late final turn, rushed up, swung wide and rallied through the lane and has to be considered.
OUR JERRY LEE N (CLMHCP20/25000) left, tucked, got shuffled, sat in traffic to the lane, tipped with strong finish.
QUICK FUN N (NW3000) went to the lead, rolled along and won impressively.
RUFO (NW9000) closed with good speed on a night when speed ruled.
Sunday, March 26
UF LARRY ALLTHEWAY (NW6000) sat near the back and passed a few in the lane. Should find a field to his liking soon.
DREAMSTEELER (CLMHCP15/20000) was uncovered a long way, challenged the pacesetting favorite and tired. A better trip will get him home on top.
ADMIRAL (NW3000) was parked to the lead and went down the road for the impressive score.
MELADYS MONET (NW22500) left, tucked, came uncovered, chased the well rated pacesetter and could not gain in the lane. Beaten favorite will atone in no time.
Tuesday, March 28
CHAT SNAP (NW3FM) came uncovered and rolled by looking like she can do it again.
ON THE EDGEOFGLORY (CLMHCP75/10000M) raced uncovered challenged the even money pacesetting favorite and was a game second.
GIRLLOOKATTHATBODY (NW6000M) left, tucked, pulled to the third call with horrible cover, came wide around and chased the odds-on winner home.
CANDY STYX N (NW3200M) took the top, yielded, retook and drew away.
