FLAGSTAFF (NW1) put up good numbers as he frontstepped to his maiden victory last time out.
BILLY BUTTON (NW3) left to the top, yielded and was shuffled back, tipped late, rallied strong but had no shot.

NORTHERN OBSESSION (CLMHCP15/20000) was second over when cover quit, went wide, had to go even further wide when the leader broke and wheeled into his path, rallied gamely and a better trip will work to his benefit.
THIS DRAGON ROCKS (PaALLSTARS) was third over, ducked in for the drive and rallied gamely at 13-1 in solid effort.
TOUR DE LINDY (NW2) was out a long way uncovered, challenged, finally made the lead past the third panel and scored handily at 43-1.
CREAMPIE HANOVER (2YOF) tucked twice along the way and still closed the gap on the winner in the stretch in game effort.
Tuesday, July 11
SWEET PERKS (NW3) saved to lane, found room between horses and finished with good trot.
MISWAVE HANOVER (2YOF) tucked in the early going, pulled and brush when the speed settled and proved to be a convincing winner in debut.

NAT A VIRGIN (NW20000M) came uncovered in the final turn, wore down the pacesetting favorite at 9-1 but was outkicked by the pocketsitting second favorite.
