CRISTAL TRIP N (W4-7) won going away from the pocket and will be hard to fault in next.
BOILING OAR (NW17500) tucked early, challenged hard, had aim but was nailed on the wire in quick mile. Beaten favorite gets another look.
BULLVILLESPANDEMIC (NW2800) finished full of pace between horses at 44-1 to get up for 2nd in last.
OPTRIX (NW1375) closed well from second over at 48-1 to earn second place money and will be looking for more.
Sunday, July 7
TOP OF MIND (NW2FM) put in a steady race going easily around a 'dead' piece, tipped in the final turn and was never asked for much. Finished steadily and will do better in next.
KINGSTONS BAD BOY (CLMHCP75/10000) second choice was parked to the lead, met pressure the last quarter, proved second best to the second-over tripped-out favorite's late rally.
GILLYS DE VIE (NW1) came uncovered, challenged the final turn wheeled by easily.
CRUSH KILL DESTROY (NW2) brushed early and 'crushed' foes.
BRECKENRIDGE (NW9500) sat last to the final turn, followed wide, stacked 4-deep and closed with good trot to earn a look in next race or two.
Monday, July 8
BIG BEN PELLINI S (NW2) brushed early and won as easily as the board indicated he would.
ORDAINED (NW4) beaten favorite rallied late from third over and just missed nailing pacesetting well-bet second choice and can atone in next.
CAPRICIOUS ONE (NW4) sat in while never a though until mid lane when trotter found room between horses and finished with a flurry.
JERSEY BEACH (NW1) tipped late in the final turn but was forced very wide by a floating foe, lost best chance and bears watching.
AMERICAGREATAGAIN (NW1) won handily in quick wire to wire score.
