WINNING IS SWEET (CLMHCP20/25000) was parked the mile, challenged throughout before tiring and bears watching.

IVE GOT HOOTSPA (NW6000) followd wide, closed gamely and ran out of track losing to the favorite and second favorite.
SOMTHNGABOUTMARY N (NW4700M) tucked to the quarter, sat to the lane, slipped out early stretch and closed with good pace to get 2nd place.
BOARDWALK BET (NW4) was parked to the lead, set a pressed pace and held well to earn the win and a long look in next.
HELLO YES HI (PaStars) was a handy and impressive wire to wire winner in last.
Monday, July 25
SULLIVAN (NW2700) followed wide the final turn, closed in gamely was a half length short.
KELLYS BABY (NW1FM) wired the field and drew off easily for her maiden score.
CHARLESTON (NW2/2YOF) was a confident and convincing uncovered winner making it two for two in her career.
SCOTTISH (NW1) started his move at the third panel, rallied wide and charged home in impressive maiden-breaking score. With that kind of move, one wonders why it took nearly 20 races to get it done.
WEATHER VANES (NW1) ws in the pocket in first start of the year but a bit indecisive heading home on which route to take. Should be tighter in next and that could get it done.

BIG BAD BILL (NW2700) pulled to the third panel, rallied, came wide in the final turn, got up for second to the pace-setting favorite.
FRANK DEFORD (NW5) was parked the mile at 30-1, challenged to the top of the stretch and tired but stayed tough for third place.
ONION GUM (NW2/2YO) was parked and grinded to the top, hit the lead and made them all cry as he drew off.
CAPTAINS STAR (NW2FM) wired the field easiliy for second straight victory.
CHAMPAGNE HANOVER (NW2FM) rallied wide from 2nd over as cover gave way and got up for 2nd place at 9/1.
