Pocono: Horses to watch from July 17 - July 20

Ken Walters|Jul 22, 2021

Saturday, July 17

COMEBACK BARON (CLMHCP30/40000) tucked early, brushed to the half and never looked back romping to impressive score.

FOREVERHILLREIGN (NW4000) rallied gamely from third-over and bears watching.

DONT SASS ME (NW6000) rallied wide but late from the back of the pack and would be no surprise.

SCIROCCCO ROB (NW17500) wired the field in handy fashion and will be looking for more.

Sunday, July 18

MON CHEVAL (PaStars) crushed foes in down-the-road killer and takes another.

DARK HORSE (CLMHCP125/15000) finished full of pace at over 30-1 in latest and just missed.

NEWBIE (NW2500) closed well from third-over and was second best to the even-money favorite.

MEADOWBROOK FLASH (CLM7500) gobbled up ground and foes in flying finish to win going away.

BIG NUDGE (AHDC) responed when nudged and was an impressive uncovered winner.

Monday, July 19

CHUCKY DE VIE (NW2500) was parked the mile in long challenge and tired. A better trip is all it will take.

KEYSTONE STEAM (NW2500) brushed and crushed and will be looking for another win.

IDENTITY POLICE (NW1) grinded a long way tucking past the half, finished full of trot and won going away.

BARLEY (NW3000) finished strong but had too far to come.

Tuesday, July 20

BALDAGUIN (W4-7) saved to the lane, finished with a flurry up the cones going by all but the pacesetting winner.

CANT SAY NO (W4-7) tucked, rallied between horses and bears watching.

KEYSTONE BARRACUDA (NW4) took a quick pocket but went right to the lead and was a handy winner at 12-1.

AUTUMN DEO (NW2FM) was an impressive wire to wire winner in last and can take another.

DECLAN SEELSTER (NW4000) one does not see George Nap parked the mile with the favorite so look for probable atonement in next.
