DRACARYS Z (NW6700) finished full of pace and just missed at over 50-1 from 4th over and deserves a long look in next.
ACAPULCO SUNBURN (CLAIMS) had poor cover, rallied wide, cleared, chased and closed well.
PINNY TIGER A (WO25000) yielded, retook and was a handy winner and will take a few more.
LOU HILL (WO25000) went to the lead, yielded to the prohibitive favorite stablemate and was second best.
HELLABALOU (NW10500) brushed to the third call, got nailed on the wire. Beaten favorite should atone in next.
Monday, February 16
DREAM BIRD (NW3500) left, got looped, tucked, rallied mildly between horses and comes from a barn that knows how to win. Look for a tighter effort in next.
LOVENBURY (CLMHCP75/10000) took the lead at the quarter, yielded to the odds-on favorite's retake, blew by easily and should win another.
WE MEET AGAIN (NW2000FM) rolled along and won easily all wrapped up. Will be tough to beat looking for another.
ITSGOODTOBEAKING (CLMHCP75/10000) tucked around a slow leaver, rallied from the back and closed well enough to earn a look in next.
HOOSIER CELEBRITY (CLM125000) followed the winner wide around poor cover, rallied strong and finished 3rd but just missed in the 5-horse photo.
Tuesday, February 17
MR DUNNIGANS (CLMHCP75/10000) tucked, brushed and was handy winner and should take another.
CASH BACK (NW2) went down the road on a wide-open lead but weakened and was second best. Could be the one if tighter in next.
MR PASADENA (NW4) was the only wire to wire winner on the card and bears watching in next.
SHEEZAFROSTEDFLAME (NW1500) beaten favorite got nailed on the wire by the second choice over a track that was not kind to pacesetters.
ALWAYSBPUFFING IR (W1-3FM) finished late, wide and strong to be third and could get it done in next.
