Saturday, August 30 AMERICAN WARRIOR (CLM25000) rallied wide the final turn, closed doggedly and just missed in last. MARGIN AHNOVER (NW2/2YO) went to the lead, yielded, slipped out late in the final turn as the lead was changing and finished full of pace to win impressively in new lifetime mark. KIERKEGAARD K (W5-8) put in another excellent effort to be second best at the wire to the prohibitive favorite. GENTLE GIANT (NW7700) went down the road to the last steps losing to another winning prohibitive favorite on the card and should get a win in next race or two. Sunday, August 31 GATSBY (AHDC) beaten favorite yielded for the pocket, gapped, lost it, tipped into the lane and closed stoutly. UP THE CREEK (NW3601) sat pocket as favorite stablemate set the pace, nailed the speed late to win second in a row. MASSIVE MATTER (AHDC) wired the field by an open margin and can take another. ONE AFTER NINE (NW7900) yielded, sat pocket and was a good try second in the photo. Monday, September 1 SIMON GOT LUCKY (CLMHCP125/15000) trotter was out the final turn, rallied wide and just missed in solid effort. CHEROKEE CHIEF (NW2/2YO) youngster was in tight quarters early, finished full of trot from the back of the pack to be second best and earns a look in next.  LAURIE LEE (NW3500M) yielded, retook and drew off heading home totally crushing her foes. LAUGH SHOP (NW4) prohibitive favorite brushed early and was a handy front stepping winner and should take another. CHIEF BOGO (NW4) yielded twice and was second best to the top one and should get a win soon. MIKE IN LUV (NW7500M) sat last, flashed come good late pace at 27-1 and bears watching.  Tuesday, September 2 MS BOJANGLES (NW2/YOF) took the lead, yielded, sat pocket and won going away. Should be able to gain another score. AMILYN HOLDO (NW2) closed well along the rail in second straight effort but this time no one outkicked her. Should give it another try. GREAT ESCAPE (NW2) 2YO was out briefly second over, ducked in by head stretch and closed strongly. Youngster will win a few more here and there.  BEACH TOWN BOY (NW1500) rallied around gappers, tucked and was second best to an impressive winner. Beaten favorite can atone in next so do not ignore. DWS ADY DIVA (NW1/FM) went down the road putting away an early challenger, proved second best to the pocket sitting favorite on a day when front end speed was getting nailed.
