SPORTY SPOOK A (CLMHCP20/25000) was victimized by a tough trip in last and could get luckier with better trip.
PALOMAR (CLMHCP15/20000) grinded a long time on the rim at 12-1, tucked the pocket to the third panel, rallied but was second best to the prohibitive favorite.
OUTKAST BLUE CHIP (CLM15000) had poor cover, came wide and closed with good pace. Beaten favorite can atone in next.
AMERICAN MUSIC (CLM15000) tucked to the quarter, flashed some good late foot through the lane and earns a look in next.
AMERICAS FLEET (NW3000) went to the top, yielded and was shuffled, brushed and tucked the pocket, rallied gamely but not enough.
Sunday, August 11
REGAL HOPE (CLMHCP10/12500) tucked the pocket, got shuffled and jammed up when the lead changed and the speed died. Managed to step it up and close well once space cleared.
GRANDPA DON (CLMHCP10/12500) tucked twice along the way to sit pocket heading home proving to be second best in here.
CAPTAIN MALICIOUS (NW4) tucked early, raced second over, went wide in the final turn when covered backed up, rallied to the lane but flattened out. Beaten favorite should atone with better trip.
DJOKKOVIC N (NW12000) broke at the start, settled and trailed, rallied strong between horses and deserves a look in next.
Monday, August 12
CARRACCI HANOVER (NW3000) went to the top, yielded to the prohibitive favorite's retake and rallied gamely but was second on the board and in the photo.
C O TO BLUEGRASS (NW3000) rushed to the top at 24-1, yielded grudgingly to the prohibitive favorite, rallied back all out and game but could not get there.
SEMI TOUGH (NW2) wired the field crushing foes and the variant and should snare another win or two.
DAFINATY (CLM75000) was parked, challenged uncovered to the third panle and tired.
GINGER TREE BREN (2YOF) rallied well from third over on a night when the front end was a constant winner.
Tuesday, August 13
PRAIRIE EASTER (NW3000FM) was hard pressed into some tough fractions and proved second best in the end with the others about eight lengths behind.
BRUTAL STORM (NW3000) lost cover as the lead changed passing the third panel, rallied gamely but got outkicked at 19-1.
SIDEWALK DANCER (NW12000M) was parked to the lead as the odds-on favorite but it was no bother as she wired the field in handy fashion.
WISENHEIMER (NW9000) rushed to the top, yielded to the retake from the odds-on favorite and rallied gamely but came up a head short.
