Saturday, August 13

RATHER SWELL (NW6000) tucked, pulled as the speed settled, brushed, crushed and had plenty left.

LEAN ON YOU (NW12500) came uncovered at 15-1, challenged the pacesetting favorite and was a game 2nd best on a night when front end speed was holding.

SHADY CITY (NW17500) was showing some rally and had to take up when running out of room. Do not ignore in next outing.

QUALITY CLOSER (CLMHCP25/30000) was out a long way, chased and tired. A better trip or a drop in company could get this one close at the wire.

WHATAHORSE (CLM20000) rallied uncovered, tucked the pocket in the final turn as it opened, closed gamely but the odds-on winner was long gone.

Sunday, August 14

BLOOMING GENIUS (NW3000) was looped off the gate and parked to the lead, set his own pace and proved to be an easy winner.

GLEAMING MEMORY (NW1) set his own pace, drew off and was on own through the lane leaving plenty in the tank.

WHITELAKE HANOVER (NW6000) put in a game uncovered bid, wore down the speed and held off the pocket-sitting favorite but was nipped by the late =-closing winner.

DR JS KISS (NW1FM) rallied gamely from second over to just miss.

WATTS WAS I DRINKN (STALLION) rallied gamely along the rail to get up for second to much the best winner and earns look in next.

Monday, August 15

L DEES BLISS (NW2FM) took the lead, yielded, got shuffled, rallied well in the lane and can score in next with right trip.

ROCKERS ALLEY (CLMHCP10/12500M) finished strong from second over and looms as strong possibility in next.

NOBLE LOVER (CLMHCP10/12500) wired the field in last and should be a threat in next outing.

FEDERAL DEPUTY (NW3000) sat pocket, pounced when ready and that was that.

DANCINGWITHDELIGHT (NW5) went down the road and was second best when the favorite rallied from the pocket.

Tuesday, August 16

POWER AND FAITH (NW3) sat to the lane, closed very well between horses.

KEYSTONE COUGAR (NW6000M) put in a game uncovered effort in last at 36-1.

PICTURE THIS (NW9000) slipped out in the final turn, finished best of all but a few steps too late.

PINEAPPLE HANOVER (NW3FM) closed strong but had far to come at 46-1.
