Pinnacle switching from Monday to Sunday racing

Pinnacle Race Course will drop Monday racing in favor of Sundays for the remainder of the meet, which runs through Nov. 2. Also, entries will not be taken on Monday, but rather on Sunday as well, said the tracks racing secretary, Denver Beckner. The change will take effect with racing this coming Sunday. Post time every day will be 2:30 p.m.

The card scheduled for Monday, Sept. 29, will be run on Sunday, Sept. 28, and the planned Monday, Oct. 6, card will be run Oct. 5. Entries for Friday, Oct. 3, will close on Sunday, Sept. 28, while entries for Friday, Oct. 10 will be drawn on Sunday, Oct. 5.
