Philadelphia Park track report

The same connections that brought us Smarty Jones last season may have another blossoming 3-year-old, this one a filly.

Last Toots ($10.40), stretching out to a mile and 70 yards off two sprints to begin her career, won a maiden race by 13 1/2 lengths last Saturday at Philadelphia Park.

A daughter of Concern out of Toots La Mae, Last Toots is owned by the Someday Farm of Roy and Patricia Chapman and trained by John Servis. Ridden by Harry Vega, Last Toots earned a Beyer Speed Figure of 81.

* Senor Cielo Two ($4.80), a 5-year-old gelding, won for the third time in a row and the fourth time in five starts since he was claimed for $25,000 by Jayne Vaders in an optional claiming route Monday. Senor Cielo Two was entered for a $32,000 claiming price, but there were no takers.

* Jockey Devon Anderson, 0 for 39 since Dec. 11, ended a drought when the 5-year-old mare Sash ($28.60) got up by a neck in a $14,000 claiming route Monday.
