The National Weather Forecast has issued a winter storm warning for Grantville and its surrounding area. The forecast calls for snow beginning Wednesday morning and running throughout the day and into Thursday.
Last week, Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf issued an order requiring many businesses in the state to close due to a resurgence of the spread of coronavirus in the state. While casinos at Pennsylvania’s tracks were closed due to the order, live racing was allowed to continue, provided that spectators were barred from the grounds.
