Peck: Saratoga pick three for Sunday, July 24

Saratoga’s Sunday program seems to offer plenty of value, including a midcard pick three starting with race 4.

RACE 4: WILD WITH STYLE (#1) is not from a win-early barn but does have decent works. ASKFOR FORGIVENESS (#2) is the most likely winner based on her latest effort and speed figure, but GRASSARLA (#8) certainly is capable of improving upon her debut run. BARBIE ON A BUDGET (#4) could prove dangerous based on her recent breezes.

RACE 5: ANGIE'S PRIM LADY (#3) has solid recent turf Beyer Speed Figures. SWEET BUTTERFLY (#8) is a proven turf sprinter and has won two of her last three starts. I'm using the favorite, SUNRISE KITTY (#7), but as a "B" as she'll be relatively short despite lacking an edge in figures, and DAUPHINE RUSSE (#2) merits a look in her first start for Jason Servis, who is excellent with new faces.

RACE 6: MAYAS QUEEN NEETEE (#4) gets Lasix for the first time and returns from a layoff for a barn that does well with such runners. MORE THAN KISSES (#8) was very game in defeat in her latest. TRUTH (#1) is the speed from the rail. LLANITA (#3) fits well enough on her best Beyers.
