Peck: Lone Star Park pick four for Sunday, May 7
Are you usually depressed after the Kentucky Derby hangover kicks in? Head over to Lone Star, where a solid pick-four sequence could be the cure for what ails you Sunday.
RACE 6: FOREST MIST and LUCKY RICKY are the two favorites and seem to have an edge on the rest, and while it's generally not a good idea to use two favorites in equal strength to start off a pick-four sequence, these two are tough to separate, and they do seem to hold an advantage.

RACE 7: THE SAINT could be the main danger in the lane, and he figures to be well set up, with a quick, contested pace likely. CU RAHY is another who could be set up by a duel up front. SAMURAI CITY is one of the likely speeds, and he could prove tough to reel in if he's able to get away with a loose lead.

RACE 8: MOR SPIRIT is clearly the horse to beat off those last couple of Beyer Speed Figures he posted, and he figures to work out a favorable trip from his inside post given his versatility. TEXAS CHROME may be the main danger, and he'll be a price. He lost his best chance at the start in the Oaklawn Handicap, and he may have needed that race anyway.

RACE 9: WESTERNATOR could improve off that last one if he gets a quicker pace this time around. ROWDY RICHARD is the one to beat for Steve Asmussen, who is off to a torrid start at the meet. SHORE TO SHORE heads a solid entry for Karl Broberg. YANKEE GAMBLER was a game second when last seen, an effort that makes him an obvious threat right back.
