Laurel, 9th race: TOP HAT TUNE gets the rail again and will be dangerous with even a slight move forward in his 2nd career start, which is certainly plausible, assuming another decent start. UNEQUIVOLCAL is at the lowest level of his short career and he figures tough here with improvement off his first three starts (2).

Santa Anita, 4th race: MOVIE MOMENT is the one to beat off that last running line, as she was against better and the Beyer she posted there is the best last-out figure in this field. MIRACULOUSLY closed nicely in her latest, and she posted the best figure of her career. LEXINGTON GRACE makes her first start off the claim and seems to fit here based on her best recent tries; just needs to scratch in off the Also Eligible list (3).

Gulfstream, 8th race: SCAM didn't run to his better figures in his latest but that was at seven furlongs, and he's back at his best distance today. EXPRESS JET caught slop in his last two, and he does fit the race flow today; puncher's chance as a "B" on split tickets. EMPIRE POWER is widest but he does have tactical speed (3).

Golden Gate, 4th race: SHYPEN was against the race flow when last seen; expecting better with a more favorable pace scenario, especially with the class drop. IMPECUNIOUS could be the one to catch; very dangerous if able to shake loose. AMBER LOUISE gets back on the main track, and she has been consistent enough on this surface (3).

Gulfstream, 9th race: S S ILLUMINATI is the main stretch threat, and though there has to be some question as to whether she gets enough pace she does have some and she gets the rail. STORMY ARABELLA is one of the main pacesetters,and she should in fact be able to shake loose. SOLDIERS PRIDE had some trouble in that last one yet he still ran a solid race for the show (3).
