Licensed owners will be permitted to attend the races at Gulfstream Park for the first time in nearly three months beginning on Wednesday, June 3. All owners will be restricted to the North Tiki Area, located about a sixteenth of a mile up the stretch, and must present a valid license to obtain admission. Each will be subject to a temperature check prior to entering the track and will be required to wear masks and adhere to all social distancing requirements set down by the state of Florida.
Winner’s circle pictures, which were eliminated here over the past couple of months, will also begin to get taken again on Wednesday, but they will be restricted to just the trainer and groom of the winning horse. Horse owners will not be allowed access to the paddock area prior to the race.
Post time will also switch to noon for all live racing programs here beginning on June 3.
