Licensed owners with horses entered to race will be able to attend the Los Angeles County Fair meeting, which begins at Los Alamitos on Friday. Owners must show their licenses upon entering the racetrack and will be required to undergo a coronavirus health check, including temperature screening. Masks must be worn and social distance guidelines will be enforced. Seating will be available in the outdoor section of the Vessels Club, which will offer betting and food and beverage service. Owners will not be permitted in the paddock or winner’s circle. The winner’s circles at Del Mar and Santa Anita were not in use at recent meetings.
